OUR Beer & Food MENU

At the heart of our Bar are 20 Draft Taps with a constantly rotating Menu of different beer styles. A good way to get to know our beers are Beer Flights. These consist of four 10cl or 15cl samplers of different beers which you can select from our Tap Menu. We also do Food to accompany our beers, Tuesady till Saturday we serve our Homemade Pizza until 10pm, On request we can offer a Buffet. For a Late Night Snack, after 10pm, we have Nacho´s with homemade dips, or what we found that makes fun to offer, There is also a choice of three kinds of Flammkuchen. Our Idea

We want to inspire people by offering flavorful beer that enriches the life, tradition and culture of the people we serve. We consider taste as a way of communication, source of culture and joie de vivre. We are Beer geeks, not Beer snobs We love and respect all GOOD beer and realise that appreciating beer is subjective. We wish to share our knowledge and passion for GOOD beer with others.

BIG QUALITY AT SUSTAINABLE PRICES

We work directly with carefully selected breweries in order to serve high quality beers at sustainable prices Independence is key. We take pride in our independence, What these means is we source all of our products ourselves, no distributors! This allows us to select only the best beer styles and breweries, that use only the highest quality ingredients. We are focusing on showcasing great Austrian, German and Italian Breweries, since this is our immediate area. However, we shall always have a few great beer from other countries!

BIODIVERSITY

The recognition of variety is our weight-bearing principle. Consumer´s taste adapts itself to the offering of the food/beverage Industry. This tends to limit consumption more and more to a few basic flavors and reject complexity. We fight against this and want to arouse curiosity, educate, awaken senses and refine consumer´s perceptions of beer.

CREATE DIALOGUE

By explaining to our costumers the benefits and advantages of our beers, we aim to create value for the products. We share knowledge, and knowledge is valuable only when shared. FOR EVERYBODY IN LOVE WITH TASTE regardless of your age, ideas, values ... We are here for everybody who enjoys and respects good and fair products.

PROMOTE CULTURE

We consider ourselves as Craft Beer pushers and will create as many appropriate selling channels as possible. Combining a Craft Beer bar and shop is our solution. Without showcasing and explaining these beers, we cannot create value for our customers.

EXPERIMENTING DIFFERENT TASTE

We will maintain our unique identity by staying independent and selling special, extraordinary and exciting Beers, sourced directly from the Breweries. We also brew beer ourself, sold under either Tribaun or ManBeerPig.

WE LOVE REAL BEER

We do not serve industrial, fizzy yellow beer. We serve specially selected beer that we love to drink ourselves!
